Jamie is an operations manager with a varied background of research, people management and web development across multiple industries.

His passion is applying a people-first approach to optimising processes and enabling teams to deliver their best work. Within our agency, Jamie supports the wider Operations function of our business to ensure we are set up for success – having world class technology and efficient, scalable processes to produce great work for our clients. Outside of work, Jamie is usually found binge-watching the latest Netflix series or pretending he knows how to grow vegetables at his allotment – every day is a school day!
